Are you hungry, need a place to stay, or not sure what your rights are in a situation? Student support doesn’t end at the door. UNT has resources and services available to students that can help with all the other problems that come up.
UNT at Frisco Food Pantry
Are you hungry? Our food pantry is available for students who are dealing with food insecurities of varying levels. Confidentiality will be maintained for students visiting the food pantry, and where appropriate, referral to additional campus and/or community resources can be made. To request food from our food pantry email Danielle.Freehling@unt.edu to coordinate a pick-up time.
Providing resources and services directed towards the commuter, off-campus, and non-traditional student population, as well as raising the awareness of these students, Off-Campus Student Services sponsors several programs and activities to assist students in their overall collegiate experience. Some services include finding a baby sitter, housing and professional pictures.
Do you need some help understanding money? If you are ready to make a plan or in over your head the UNT Money Management Center is here for you. They offer money coaching, outreach and support programs to help students use their money wisely and help out in an emergency.
UNT Students have access to lawyers that can help you navigate your rights and give legal guidance. They can help with almost any issue from parking tickets, rental, immigration and much more.
