Our program provides you future-proof skills in three core areas:
Project: Focus on project management, collaborative thinking, communication, global design and leadership. You’ll learn how to use the tools and technologies common in the workplace to lead teams and accomplish key tasks toward big-picture organizational goals.
Design: Hone your out-of-the-box thinking in areas such as creative and organizational design. You’ll learn how to solve difficult problems and navigate complex business processes to deliver new products and services.
Analysis: Learn to use data to make informed business decisions, with a focus on applied probability and statistics, forecasting, modeling and data analytics.

In cohort degree programs, students are brought together to work with a diverse group of peers on long-term, real-world projects. As part of UNT at Frisco’s cohort degree program, you'll engage in a unique and new type of education where you will learn, grow and graduate together as a team. You will build and benefit from strong relationships with your cohort, instructors and industry partners.
This degree will give you relevant, hands-on experience to gain a competitive edge in the job market for years to come.
Each semester, your cohort will work on a unique project with a professional partner. For example, one cohort collaborated with the City of Frisco to explore logistical solutions for public transportation. They also toured Toyota to learn how Lean Six Sigma worked, then used those skills to develop a waste-minimal business model for a new restaurant.
As part of this program, you’ll enjoy a course schedule that is designed to prepare you for your career, with a blend of required courses for your major and program-specific courses that emphasize teamwork and problem solving.
