Dr. Sze Sze Tong from Counseling and Testing Services will lead students through sessions demonstrating ways to incorporate mindfulness into their everyday life. Techniques may include meditation, grounding, breathing techniques, and more! Participation in this event counts towards the Frisco Engage Wellness Module.
